President’s Message

Welcome, and thank you for stopping by.

We’re the Rotary Club of Westlake Village Sunrise — a group of neighbors, business owners, and friends who show up together because we believe in something simple yet truly powerful: service above self.

This past year, our club was named Best Overall Club in District 5240. We’re proud of that, but we’re even more excited about what it means for what comes next.

Here’s why we do this. Rotary was built on the handshake — a gesture of trust, welcome, and mutual respect. In a world that moves fast and rarely slows down to connect, we want to be different. We believe in working together to support our community and those in need around the world. That’s why our theme this year is to keep the handshake warm — so that those in need may have a better tomorrow.

Everything we do flows from that one idea: our meetings, our service projects, our fellowship, our fundraising. It’s all in service of real connection, and the impact that connection makes possible.

If you’re looking for a place to make friends, grow personally and professionally, and put your energy toward something bigger than yourself, we’d love to meet you. Come to a meeting or event, ask questions, meet our members. We think you’ll feel the difference right away.
