Tom and his wife Lisa are longtime residents of Westlake Village.  Tom and Lisa have two children, both living in the bay area, and three grandchildren.

Tom retired from the RAND Corporation in January 2023 after a 43-year career in RAND’s Information Services department.  He is a cybersecurity and IT systems expert with experience designing and operating computer networks, systems and applications. Tom is now semi-retired while running a small cybersecurity consulting practice.

Tom joined the Westlake Village Sunrise Rotary Club in 2023. He also volunteers his time for the City of Westlake Village and Senior Concerns.
