Sal Penta
Owner & CEO Comfort KeepersBiography
Sal Penta is the owner and CEO of Comfort Keepers of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. While witnessing the loving care provided to his ailing father allowing his father to pass peacefully in the comfort of his home, Sal decided to unretire and recommit his career to help seniors, people with disabilities, and other adults requiring care to remain and age in the sanctuary of home.
Sal’s prior business career includes more than 30 years of senior level leadership positions for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from the University of Massachusetts, and a passion for helping people succeed in a mindful manner and collaborative spirit, Sal achieved professional and personal success. He is the recipient of countless awards and accolades for his ability to deliver results to customers, team, shareholders, and communities.
Sal actively participates and generously supports philanthropic events and causes throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties; including the Alzheimer’s Association, American Red Cross, Senior Concerns, Community Conscience, Wounded Warrior Project, and Children’s Hospital. He is a member of the Chambers of Commerce in Ventura County and Los Angeles County, the Ventura County Homecare Association, and the Rotary Club of Westlake Village Sunrise.
Sal is the life partner to Jennifer, a beautiful and inspirational woman; the father of two adult boys, Jacob and Tristain, who will always be his little pumpkins; and the ‘dada’ to Luna, a spirited, toy sized Miniature Schnauzer. Sal greets everyday with appreciation, gratitude, and a desire to make a positive difference
