Monica Ballard has been designated as an “expert HR witness” in 230 employment lawsuits.

She has written over 20 workbooks and has 4 e-learning products on the subjects of preventing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.  She has written workbooks on Motivating Employees and Conducting Effective Investigations.  The materials have been reviewed by the U.S. EEOC and proclaimed to be “very impressive” with “compelling graphics”.

Monica was quoted in Time Magazine, U.S. News and World Report, Washington Post, Newsday, the London Times, WSJ, the Chicago Tribune, and Trial Lawyer Magazine, extensively in Nation’s Restaurant News and the Los Angeles Times, and co-authored an article for California Lawyer Magazine.

She has been interviewed on Fox News, CBS News, CNN, and Wall Street Journal TV on preventing workplace harassment.

Monica has been a Board Member for the National Human Resources Association and the Professionals in Human Resources and has presented at both organizations’ annual conferences.

She has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University.
